plague, disease and a mini book...

Because of my boasting that we had survived winter with not even a sniffle...the plague has chosen to mock me by arriving with a vengence.

I will be back when we are germ free!

Before I go (and sneeze & cough) I will post a mini book I made earlier this year. It was part of a Shimelle class that I took. This little book was mean't as a bit of fun, and a warm up to the main album that we were making. We were to make it like a kids picture book, and it was about all the things that you wanted to be when you grew up.

So here's mine, though I am not sure I was able to "loosen" up enough to totally get into it LOL.

I'm sure that you have all sat about wondering just what I really look like when I am in the scrapping zone and on a creative roll. Well wonder no longer, as Byron has answered the questioned and caught me at my creative best.

Will you check out those breasts. I am more than impressed with these DD's that appear to be escaping from my pj's. Sadly, the truth is a long way from these massive orbs but I am happy for you all to believe that my breasts are this magnificent!!!!!

OK, breasts aside, this is probably a good likeness as I sit there in my jammies, head tilted in creative thought (see me thinking about all things scrappy LOL).

Byron is always drawing and mostly it's pokemon, so I was very impressed to see that he took the time out to draw his mama!

dad's day...

father's day...at 6.45am!

Yes, we had to be up for Oscar's semi final game this morning, so any hope of a sleep in and breakfast in bed for dad, well that was just not going to happen. Instead we stumbled out of bed, showered, gave gary his presents, and had a quality 2 minutes enjoying them LOL. On the road by 7.00am on a sunday (my own personal sort of hell).

Sadly, oscar's team lost and that is the end of their season. So that was a bummer.

Home for a family lunch (thai) and a very nice nap this afternoon.

The good news...big sleep in next sunday!!!!!!
